There are many, many  more cases on this site than those linked. We are behind on linking the cases. It is hoped that if you know the system of naming the file it will assist your search.

The following is a sample of a file name. All files (cases) take this form.

Year_2006_09_01_CalOp_Tilton_v_Reclamation_Dist_No_800_A112185_demurrer_
standard_of_review_de_novo

The "Year_2006_09_01_CalOp" is followed by the official title of the case "Tilton_v_Reclamation_Dist_No_800" and then the official docket number--A112185.
The docket number is followed by selected key words that appear in the case --"demurrer_
standard_of_review_de_novo"

I suggest you type calcaselaw-title of case-docket number and a key word.

For example if you are looking for demurrer related cases add the word demurrer to you search values. If you are looking for sentencing in a  criminal case add "sentencing" to your search terms. All case have key words - related to the issues discussed by the court describing the issue for example contract, tort, statute of limitation etc.
